deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.

This puupy/dog is sodl as PET quality only, there is no guarantee for size, color, or lifespan.

Buyer is accepting the puppy with no known health conditions, current on vaccinations, and dewormings. Buyer is responsible for continuing dewormings every 2 weeks until puppy is 4 months of age, and vaccinations every 3-4 weeks until puppy is 4 months of age OR AS RECOMMENDED BY VETERINARIAN. If buyer fails to have puppy examined by a licensed Veterinarian within 72 hours of take home date, this contract/agreement is null and void.

All of our puppies are guarateed for two years from date of birth against any life threatening genetic defect. If during that time, a life threatening defect is found, the breeder will replace this puppy with another of the same breed, quality, and sex of the breeders choice. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.

This health guarantee does not cover or include conditions such as internal or external parasites, umbilical hernias, undescended testicles, kennel cough, bite defects, diarrhea or other digestive upsets, hypoglycemia, or other preventable/treatable conditions.

Buyer understands replacement option only valid when health problems are due to a hereditary problem, not due to accident, neglect, contagion after 72 hours and / or other illness. Seller assumes no financial responsibilty for puppy once leaving the breeder's home. This includes, but is not limited to, vet bills, feed bills or boarding.

IF AT ANY TIME THE BUYER CANNOT TAKE PROPER CARE OF THE PUPPY, THE BUYER MUST CONTACT THE BREEDER AND THE BREEDER WILL TAKE IMMEDIATE POSSESSION OF THE PUPPY.
