Health Guarantee:
To the best of our knowledge and belief, the puppy you have just purchased
is in good health. Our dogs and puppies have not been exposed to infectious disease here. If your puppy is exposed to an infectious disease after it leaves here, this is not covered in our health guarantee, as we have no control over what the puppy is exposed to after it leaves our home. We guarantee your puppy for three days (72 hours). To qualify for this guarantee, you must have your puppy examined by a licensed
veterinarian of your choice within the 3-day period. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
If your puppy in the opinion of your vet, has a major physical problem,
which makes it a poor health risk, we will provide you with a healthy one,
when one is available.
All items covered under this guarantee are by replacement only.
Seller will not be responsible for any medical expenses incurred.
As of the date of delivery, the puppy has received proper vaccinations and
wormings. The buyer has been informed of these and of future vaccinations
and wormings due.
This guarantee does not include Coccidia and Kennel Cough, which is common
in puppies that are shipped and usually caused by bacteria. Kennel Cough is
self limiting and like the common cold, it must run its course. Full
recovery is expected and Kennel Cough on its own is not life threatening.
Buyer is responsible for transportation costs to and from the seller on a
replacement puppy.
If you qualify for a replacement, you can choose a new puppy with a price
equal to that of your original puppy, when one becomes available. If you
choose a new puppy that has a higher sale price, then you will pay the
difference. You will also need to return and sign all papers that were given
to you at the time of the original sale.
We will not be responsible for any illness or injury that may be caused by
improper care or treatment of the buyer once the puppy leaves our
care (including but not limited too hypoglycemia).
Please read this Parvo Notice:
A puppy is not fully vaccinated against parvo until up to 10 days after it has received the third booster. NEVER TAKE A SICK PUPPY BACK TO THE BREEDER’S KENNEL. If it does have parvo, this will put any present puppies and future litters at risk. Call the breeder and discuss the situation with her by phone. THIS WARRANTY IS NULL AND VOID IF THE PUPPY IS PLACED IN AN ENVIRONMENT WHERE PARVO PREVIOUSLY OR PRESENTLY EXISTS. (*) Please note that just one puppy from a litter cannot develop parvo and not the whole litter. Therefore, if your puppy develops parvo after leaving the kennel and none of the other puppies develop it, it is impossible for the puppy to have contracted it at the breeder’s kennel.
After reading the above, I am fully committed to providing the financial and personal support for the well-being and health of the puppy which I am purchasing. We do not guarantee or warranty the size of any puppy, or that the Buyer
will be able to show or breed the puppy regardless of show or breeding potentials. .
To make a claim for a replacement puppy, send your puppy back the same day
of examination. You must bring this contract along with a signed statement
from your vet showing the date on which your puppy was examined and why the
puppy is a poor health risk. This statement must include a description of
the symptoms and a diagnosis supporting their opinion.
